What is PSA grading?

Trading Card Authentication and Grading

PSA is the largest and most respected third-party authentication and grading company in the world for trading cards and memorabilia.

Authentication is the process of verifying the originality or genuineness of a trading card. Grading is assessing the quality and condition of a trading card using PSA's 10 point grading scale. Grading can only take place after a trading card has been deemed authentic.

Whether vintage, modern or TCG, PSA authenticates and grades cards throughout the hobby.

How do I submit my cards to Grade with PSA?

Bring your cards instore and please have them ready to go in a "Sleeve | Semi Rigid Loader | Team Bag" we will have you fill out a form with your information and cards submitted. They will be put into a Bubble mailer and stored safly in our safe until our shipping date.

When do you ship

We take in all of our submissions and get them ready to be sent off the first Monday of each month(normally you will see Damien on Monday Trade Nights preparing all cards to be sent off). Please have all cards in and ready to send by the day prior.

What are your Grading Prices?

Our grading prices are -

$35ea - Card Value $300 or less

$43ea - Card Value $750 or less

$150ea - Card Value $2,200 or less

$270ea - Card Value $3,800 or less

These prices are before customs fees, normally around $2.50-$4 per card.

How long does it take?

Anywhere up to 65 working days adding in time of shipping back and forth to USA. Remember that we ship the first Monday each month so keep this in mind with the time frame.

How can I receive updates on my order?

When you do Submissions with us you will be added into a Google Sheets showing the tracking and the updates we receive from PSA as to where it's up to in the que. Please check your spam folder or if we have written your email down wrong contact us and we can try to invite you again.

Singles FAQ

How are cards shipped?

Cards are picked and placed in a "Sleeve | Top loader | Team Bag" and shipped in a Bubble Mailer.

How long do I need to wait for my order?

We pick and ship your orders as soon as possible and have them posted or ready to be picked up by end of next business day. We ship with Mypost Business as we found it to be fastest and most reliable.

What is your buy % on cards?

You can check our buy prices in the "Sell us Singles" tab. Each game and price bracket has its own buy %. The lower the price of the card you will find the buy % to be lower. We also try not to buy any "Promo/Event/Non English" cards.

How do you price your cards?

We use a program called BinderPOS, it pulls its prices from TCG player where we have it set to "Market Price" and it converts it to AUD. If you ever find a price to not be right please contact us and we maybe able to help you with its price.

Can I use my store credit on my order?

Yes you certainly can! Just select pick up instore and you can use it when your in. Sorry about this it can be confusing because our online and instore POS systems are different.

Do you buy graded cards?

Yes we do! We buy PSA and BGS graded Pokémon cards. We try stick to English printings only unless its a more high end/Japanese exclusive card. For our buy prices we buy at Pricecharting.com USD unconverted. There are exceptions to this but these are the prices we offer most the time.

Event and Instore FAQ

How do I join in on D&D Adventure League?

You will need to join our Discord and wait for our sign ups to go up each Monday. There will be tables from Tier 1-4, if there is a free seat put your name down and one of the staff will add you on when they have time.

Do you run Miniature events?

We don't at this time sorry but we have 3 large Wargaming tables ready to go at all times with mats and heaps a scenery. The only time I don't recommend coming in for a game is Sunday days before 2pm.

Can I use Proxies in store?

No. In any paid event ran in store please do not use or try to use proxies. If it's a causal game in store go nuts.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

Tracking and Insurance:

  • If you are returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, so tracking and insurance can help ensure it reaches us safely.
